REVISED RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at judi@kaijaedesignsinc.com with your order number and a photo of the item to confirm its condition. This helps us process your return quickly.
If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label with instructions on how to send your package. Please print the label and attach it to your return shipment.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Return Shipping Costs
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge restocking fees.
International Returns (Canada)
For returns from Canada, contact us at judi@kaijaedesignsinc.com before shipping. You're responsible for international shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at judi@kaijaedesignsinc.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the item you want instead.
REFUNDS
We will inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receiving it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
