You have a 24-hour window from your purchase time to request a quick change in your order. However, the change must be to a variant of the original order. Changing an order to something else cannot be done. This now becomes a quick cancel. Then a re-purchase, if you so desire.
There is a 1 day (24 hrs) window of opportunity to quick-cancel an order from the date and time you placed the order. However, if the canceling request comes in after the order is marked shipped and has a tracking number, then canceling that order becomes null and void even if it is within the 24hr. After receiving the product, you can initiate the standard return process.
You have 14 business days from receiving, otherwise known as the delivery date, to have the product delivered back to us. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange if 14 business days have passed since you received the product.
What you must do to start the return process:
1. Send us an email about your intent with an image of the product and your order number.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges, but the cost of the goods is 100% money-back guaranteed after the item is received and cleared for restocking. However, if you choose to use our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If items are sent back to us without prior notice, we will not accept the return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We also do not accept returns for aerosol tin with compressed air as they have special packaging requirements from our carriers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get an exchange after receiving the item is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new entity with your store credit.
