Return Requests and Deadlines
Please email us at kaijae@kaijaedesignsinc.com to request a return within 14 days of delivery. If approved, the returned item must arrive at our return address within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Customer is responsible for return charges. Return label cost will be deducted from the refund.
