SHIPPING POLICY

We ship only to the United States and Canada through USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS.

Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Processing larger orders may take up to 5 business days. All orders placed on weekends will start processing the following Monday. Orders placed on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

At checkout, you'll see the shipping options available for your location.

United States:

• Economy: $11.99 USD flat rate, 5-8 business days after processing
• USPS (First Class Mail, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express): rate calculated at checkout.
• UPS (Ground, Ground Saver, Standard): rate calculated at checkout.

Canada:

• Economy International: $20.00 CAD flat rate, 6-10 business days after processing
• USPS (First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International): rate calculated at checkout.
• UPS (Worldwide Saver, Ground, Ground Saver, Standard): rate calculated at checkout.

Delivery time estimates for the calculated USPS and UPS options are shown at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and do not include our 1-3 business day processing time (up to 5 business days for larger orders).

Order Tracking

We will email you tracking information as soon as your order ships. All USPS and UPS shipments include tracking, and your order will remain trackable until it is delivered. Please allow the carrier 1-2 days to upload the tracking details.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. You cannot modify the delivery address after an order has been marked as shipped.

NON-SHIPPING HOLIDAYS (2026)

We do not process or ship orders on the following federal holidays:

• Veterans Day: Wednesday, November 11
• Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 26
• Christmas: Friday, December 25
