Do you offer custom upcycling services?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept custom orders since our products are outsourced and sold based on availability. We appreciate your understanding.
What's your return policy?
RETURNS FOR UPCYCLED BAGS
Because our upcycled bags are one-of-a-kind pieces, they have a modified return policy:
Notification Period: You must notify us of your intent to return within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing judi@kaijaedesignsinc.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item to confirm its condition.
Return Window: If your return is approved, you will have an additional 15 days to ship the item back to us.
Return Requirements: Your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid shipping label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge restocking fees.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Shipping time varies by carrier and can take from 2 to 8 business days, as our products ship from a Florida location. Additionally, you will receive tracking information once your order ships.
